As a Sales Representative, you will be at the forefront of our growth, helping us expand our footprint across Long Island. You'll be working directly with prospective clients from the initial consultation to the project proposal. Your role will be to communicate our value proposition, build lasting client relationships, and close sales that meet or exceed our business objectives. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated individual who thrives in a client-facing role and is passionate about high-end residential construction.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage new clients within Long Island's residential market, focusing on high-end remodeling opportunities.
• Coordinate with marketing to align campaigns with sales strategies and goals.
• Meet with homeowners to understand their vision, needs, and budget for their construction projects.
• Present customized solutions that align with client needs, including project plans, timelines, and cost estimates.
• Cultivate lasting relationships with clients, ensuring a seamless communication process and strong client satisfaction.
• Effectively negotiate project terms and finalize contracts to close sales.
• Keep up with industry trends, new technologies, and competitive offerings to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years in sales, preferably within the construction, remodeling, or real estate industries. Experience in selling high-end products and services is a plus.
• Strong understanding of residential construction processes, design/build services, and the ability to communicate technical details to clients.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Ability to commute within Nassau and Suffolk Counties on Long Island.
• Valid NYS driver's license and reliable transportation.
