This individual will be instrumental in crafting the company's brand presence across all digital platforms, including social media, signage, apparel, and our website. As a key member of the team, you will help shape our marketing strategy and contribute to expanding the reach of Cascella &amp; Sons Contracting. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for marketing and a drive to take ownership of a company's marketing division while growing into a leadership role. Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to increase engagement and brand visibility.</li><li>Oversee the company's digital and print marketing efforts, including website updates, email campaigns, and the creation of promotional materials.</li><li>Maintain and enhance the company's branding across all marketing channels and materials, including apparel and signage.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing strategies align with business goals.</li><li>Manage and update the company website, working with web designers as necessary.</li><li>Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics.</li><li>Stay up-to-date on marketing trends and competitor activities to ensure Cascella &amp; Sons remains a market leader.</li><li>Manage the company's relationship with marketing vendors and external partners.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience).</li><li>2 to 3 years of experience in a marketing role, with experience in social media management and brand development.</li><li>Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).</li><li>Creative and strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Experience with web design and basic HTML is a plus.</li><li>Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) is preferred.</li></ul>Salary and Benefits:<ul><li>Full-time position based in Long Island, NY</li><li>Starting salary st $45,000 to $60,000, commensurate with experience and skills</li><li>Performance-based bonuses available based on marketing impact and company growth</li><li>Paid time off, including vacation and major holidays</li><li>Opportunity for career growth into a Marketing Director role as the company continues to expand</li><li>Supportive, team-oriented environment where your ideas and contributions are valued</li><li>Be part of a legacy-driven, family-owned company with 35+ years of excellence in residential construction</li></ul>If you are a passionate marketing professional looking for an exciting opportunity to lead and grow with a reputable company, apply today!
